The ability to filter the data by year, comparison, and by demographic is extremely useful for us to mine the details in order to reveal the story behind the numbers. The questions for free-typing is very valuable in that it seems to help us understand the "why" behind some of the results in the numbers. Our staff is very comfortable taking this survey and they have the highest confidence ...
