What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? It allows really good feedback that can be hard to discuss with eachother over a workspace to show progress. What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like that it allows you to house all of your feedback, notes, etc. in one place. That makes it very efficient when it is time for reviews.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Using Quantum Workplace, I have been able to set goals I feel obtainable. Setting these goals in Quantum has made it easier to communicate with my manager about my expectations and how I would like to grow professionally.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? It is organized very well, and it is easy to find what you are looking for. It is also easy to monitor your goals and interact with your company through the message board.

"Great layout, but could be better."
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I appreciate the dashboard layout as it makes it user-friendly. In addition, I think being able to track your goals is helpful. Seeing your progress year to year is beneficial.

"Clear, logical and simple to use."
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like that it guides you through the process and has been structured very intuitively. Without any instruction the first time I signed in, I was quickly able to find my way around and make use of the tool. After a tutorial or two, I was able to expand my use with ease.

"Performance Review and Recognition Made Easy"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? My favorite thing about Quantum is the ease of having all insights in one place. It also allows the feedback to be given in words instead of pre-set choices of answers, that do not always reflect reality. As a user, it is important to me to get the comments.
