"Valuable insights and impressive tools"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I love how easy the system is to use and how valuable the insights are. Our company culture is boosted by the Recognition piece, and we are only just discovering the other amazing tools like Feedback and Vitals.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? We love the ease of use with Quantum and employees really get into it too. Recognition is a favorite around here and we use that information and metrics for so many things. This module cut down on our emails back in forth thanking one another to the entire company distribution group! The annual engagement survey gives us so much data and information for leaders and provides an annual barometer.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? QW out of the box offers an intuitive tool that makes modernizing performance processes accessible to companies of any size. All of its tools (feedback, recognition, etc.) are designed with best practices in mind and are available to all licensed users of the system (unlike some other HRIS companies that charge extra for tools that should be included in the main license).
