What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? One of the advantages I see from using the system is seeing trends over time from the Engagement and/or Pulse surveys. We recently did a pulse survey for a department and the insights from comparing the results with those of other surveys and slicing by different demographics provides useful and actionable data. What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Great company to work with - responsive, flexible, fun! I appreciate that they have improved not only the features of the tools, but the availability of the modules. We have been able to expand what we use Quantum for, incorporating a variety of their modules. Our company is looking forward to utilizing additional modules in the future as we grow and scale our processes.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? The tool is amazingly easy to use and is intuitive for an end user to use with literally no training. Their tools allow you to easily set up surveys and recognition that allow employees to quickly provide feedback to the organization and to recognize each other. Finally, the turnaround from data in to survey reports out is incredibly fast.

What do you like best? It is a centralized location for setting and tracking goals, for housing 1-1 conversation, for delivering peer to peer recognition and much more. It is also very intuitive and easy to use.
