What do you like best? The extremely user-friendly engagement platform allows users to dig into their survey data (doing just about everything you need within the site itself), has a robust idea library with tons of resources and you even have the ability to create and administer pulse surveys. It's amazing.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? It centralizes all of our HR efforts into one place. We are able to consider goals in our 1:1 meetings and then recognize those achievements all in one tool. This is incredibly helpful in reporting.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? It is a centralized location for setting and tracking goals, for housing 1-1 conversation, for delivering peer to peer recognition and much more. It is also very intuitive and easy to use.
