What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? The best aspect of Quantum is having everything in one place when it comes to performance: 360 feedback, goal progress, 1-1 agendas, and our formal quarterly evaluation. These things are now "talking to" each other more, as well, which is even more helpful. (e.g. Goals embed into 1-1s.) Quantum is also great about listening to customers - we've seen several pieces of feedback we've given result in actual product updates and changes.

The system is easy for staff members and supervisors to use and helps both engage in meaningful conversations about performance throughout the review cycle. The system also provides an efficient method for goal-setting and tracking.

The extremely user-friendly engagement platform allows users to dig into their survey data (doing just about everything you need within the site itself), has a robust idea library with tons of resources and you even have the ability to create and administer pulse surveys. It's amazing.

(1) That I was able to utilize the system that the HR Department uses --- it provided alignment, consistency, familiarity to the global team, (2) The support from Ashley and Spencer, and (3) that it was extremely successful --- great participation rate; good, constructive feedback from the global team --- very actionable.
