What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? The extremely user-friendly engagement platform allows users to dig into their survey data (doing just about everything you need within the site itself), has a robust idea library with tons of resources and you even have the ability to create and administer pulse surveys. It's amazing.

What do you like best? Quantum can easily be customized for various employee groups. The system is easy for staff members and supervisors to use and helps both engage in meaningful conversations about performance throughout the review cycle. What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? (1) That I was able to utilize the system that the HR Department uses --- it provided alignment, consistency, familiarity to the global team, (2) The support from Ashley and Spencer, and (3) that it was extremely successful --- great participation rate; good, constructive feedback from the global team --- very actionable.
