What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? We use Quantum Workplace to post our strategic initiatives, team and individual goals as well as progress and performance reviews. Additionally, we use the site for staff recognition.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like the concept of giving recognition when it is due. I like that employees can engage with each other about their goals, anniversaries, and praises that other colleagues or supervisors have left. Employees learn to trust one another with this tool as long as they participate and stay engaged with it. I love that Quantum has cute things to say about anniversaries especially since management would not be likely to post those things for them. ...

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? The technology platform they provide is simple and intuitive - very easy to use. They are always available when we have questions and provide SME support whenever needed. They have credibility with our Board, senior management, and our employees!

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Gave me all the information I needed and quick response rate. Reporting tools were very helpful and gave me a good breakdown by division, market and what was truly going on out there in our industry. Will definitely keep using Quantum.

What do you like best? (1) That I was able to utilize the system that the HR Department uses --- it provided alignment, consistency, familiarity to the global team, (2) The support from Ashley and Spencer, and (3) that it was extremely successful --- great participation rate; good, constructive feedback from the global team --- very actionable.
