What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Quantum Workplace provides a simple, intuitive way to set goals and provide performance feedback for team members. I have used it both as a coach and as a team member. It is very easy to use on both sides of the process.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like that the individual being recognized, in addition to their management/leader is notified of the recognition. I also like that everyone else can comment and like the posts.
