What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Excellent organization of valuable employee - supervisor reviews, connects to corporate and individual goals with ease allowing for calibration, supports employee recognition and celebration of achievement. Overall the best org. development and employee development tool I've used in 30+ years.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? It's concise and succinct, really driving discussion and focusing attention on key areas. It's all digital and online, syncing with our existing systems so we don't have to go out of our way or learn too much to engage in the process.
