What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? By showing anniversary dates, awards, etc, it helps employees find common ground and get to know each other better. I believe this helps build teamwork and a stronger company.

What do you like best? Excellent organization of valuable employee - supervisor reviews, connects to corporate and individual goals with ease allowing for calibration, supports employee recognition and celebration of achievement. Overall the best org. development and employee development tool I've used in 30+ years.
