What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? It integrates the 360 performance reviews with other things like surveys and pre-attached goals. It also allows the ability to have those individual meetings to go over those reviews

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Very detailed and easy access. Manage your goals, receive feedback from my team and leaders. One-on-one with my boss is a great way to keep track of our overall goals and accomplishments.
