"Useful software to improve business communication"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? Quantam Workplace has improved our overall ability to outline goals, expectations, feeback and performance metrics for my team. So far, we have used this tool to quantify performance methods. It also has allowed for more tansparency when communicating with employees. We can revisit conversations and measure progress, while sharing up the line with managers and HR.

"Survey, 1-on-1, and Goal Tracker features are top notch!"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? As I grow in my new role at work, Quantum has been great for soliciting and receiving moment-to-moment feed back from peers. I like the ease of creating surveys and having them submitted for completing. I also greatly enjoy the way to collects surveys into multi-review data to get an overall number.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like it has web-based functionality, additionally, the format in which one can provide feedback to other colleagues and spotlight is easy to use and intuitive.
