What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I enjoy being able to set goals and receive performance feedback. The interface is pretty user friendly and easy to navigate.

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I love that it is so easy to navigate! Updates appear in real time and show up in my feed. It is easy to find what I am looking for but still see the items that are important to and me team .

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? I like that you can view other peers goals so that you know where to align yours. I also like the email reminders. What do you dislike about Quantum Workplace?

"Very Engaging for Engagement"
What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? My favorite part of Quantum Workplace is the customer service I receive. Everyone on the team is so knowledgeable and super helpful. Additionally, I love the ability to do recognition on the site. You can do impromptu appreciation or you can have it scheduled for certain milestones (i.e. tenure, anniversaries, birthdays, etc.)

What do you like best about Quantum Workplace? We previously worked with a direct competitor of Quantum for 3 years. During that time, we had an onboarding call and then no follow-up. We switched to Quantum this year and the difference has been night and day. We have an assigned team - not an implementation team - an ongoing team that provides dedicated support. They helped us set up our engagement survey which will then feed into the Best Places to Work surveys without any additional work ...
