What do you like best about Quantum Metric? Working with Quantum is a blast! Our Customer Success Engineer goes above and beyond to make the implementation as useful to us as possible! Also the amount of data that Quantum offers us is amazing! We're able to perform all sorts of analyses and trend out all sorts of metrics to get a good feel for how our digital products are performing. The replays are also great at showing us what customers were doing on our digital platforms.

What do you like best about Quantum Metric? Especially when implemented with VOC, I can understand my customers both at a macro level and a micro level. I can answer, "Where are my customers dropping off" in addition to "Why?" Internal teams can both "listen to" and "watch" what our customers do and hypothesize what they need where we are and are not delivering.
