What do you like best about Quantum Metric? I like the real-time data and ease of use. The ability to gather data to present to any part of the company. Training this out to the other parts of the customer service team has been great and easy. Agents are currently using it to help in escalations and also to understand customer vernacular in comparison to ours. It has been a pleasure working with Dishon, Ashley, and Tucker to get our initiatives off the ground to help customer service.

What do you like best about Quantum Metric? Look at the replays to know the root cause of the errors and frustration seen by the customers. The best thing I enjoy about the Quantum metrics is setting up different types of events to look at the customer interactions more precisely. Another thing which I enjoy about the quantum metrics is that where I am able to look at the abandoned cart values and can easily find out the reason behind customers leaving the carts.
