What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? Qualtrics provides our staff with real time feedback from our Customers, and the ability to take ownership of issues quickly, before the escalate into stories that hurt the Brand! The dashboards encourage staff to seek out high performers who can take a leadership role and mentors them on raising the CX bar! It's a real Culture changer!!

What do you like best? Though our company has been working with Qualtrics for several years, its the first time that our department, Global Retail, will be using services. Scott Alstrom has been a terrific partner, going above and beyond to help us in our decision to partner with Qualtrics and I'm sure he'll continue to partner with us as we approach the starting line and eventually see improving NPS scores . "Great product, but need help"

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? I love how easy the product is to use. We had some issues on the back end automating some of our surveys, but those got ironed out pretty quick. It's quick and easy to use and design.
