"Qualtrics Customer Experience is the most complete and easiest to use in the market."

What do you like best? I really like this system because it has a very friendly interface where it allows me to monitor the opinions of my clients of my clients and it gives me the possibility of going into action. I can improve the processes by assigning roles to each member of my team. work and thereby encourages the sense of belonging and improve the organizational climate.

What do you like best? For events and classes we would use this as a survey generated more than anything. We really liked the ease of setting survey's up, sending them out, and tracking who responded or not. The software is user friendly, except on the back end building the surveys out. This is a more advanced tool than a free one that you can find of course. It has more bells and whistles than other survey accounts. You are able to dig into and use for evaluation and research purposes.
