What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? Qualtrics CX can be useful for basic dashboards. It is also useful that you can add different data sources into a single dashboard fairily easily. The graphics and layout are fair.

"A promising product with a plethora of technical shortcomings."

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? I most like the speed of data transmitting from Qualtrics surveys to Vocalize reports. Soon after a survey is complete and showing in the Data & Analysis tab, it can be visualized in the Vocalize report.
