What do you like best? Dashboard visualizations are pretty nice, especially the word cloud which is interactive. The survey builder is a classic, but could do with some advanced question types to be included in the standard package, like other survey platforms

"Best Survey Platform on the market"

What do you like best? Hands down the best part of using Qualtrics for survey management is the automation aspects of it. Both getting the survey out to customers, and then exporting the results of the surveys into a data analytics tool such as Tableau or your CRM is without peer in the industry. Being able to customize and automatically export survey results immediately is something other platforms are simply unable to do.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? With being a new user to Qualtrics, the Help button has been the easiest to use and navigate of any program I have ever used. When I type in help questions in the search bar, I get information that is related to the task I am working on. The basecamp tutorial videos are short, to the point, and very helpful!
