What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? Qualtrics feedback has an extensive customization capability, customize the look and feel to match your company branding, set up custom questions, button design, forwarding of feedback and capturing users browser and location. I really like how you can add your own CSS and HTML to the form style and customize the design to make it pixel perfect.
