What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? It's super user-friendly. I love the new survey builder. The added function of drag-and-drop was SO necessary. Also, since the toolbar shows me all my options in one view, it spares me from missing things on my checklist. E.g. There are times when I forget to add display logic but seeing the display logic button reminds me to add it to the question.

The real time refresh of the dashboards is helpful in getting and disbursing the feedback from our customers without any delay. I also like their Text IQ tool that enables users to create automated verbatim analysis.
