What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? Different capabilities of voice, social, SMS and apps it makes it easier for us to understand customer behavior and emotion which helps us to strategize accordingly. It makes the insights of a customer journey available. Few customizations on top is also a good value add to have.

What do you like best about Qualtrics Customer Experience? It's a great tool for creating custom forms that you need to be able to track data for. I love that you can create custom query strings so there's so many options for tracking and making sure you understand where customers are coming from.
