"No frills"

What do you like best about QSROnline? This program gets the job done. It doesn't have any major downfalls. It was never down for maintenance in the time I used it, it always did just what it was supposed to do. What do you dislike about QSROnline? It's so no frills that it's almost boring. What do you like best about QSROnline? It tracks inventory costs for all of our food What do you dislike about QSROnline? It is very glitchy and the customer service isn't that great. Many of our stores have issues, but customer services says it's user error when some of these managers NEVER have issues.
