Informationen per Email über bevorstehende Abbuchen, Emailinformation über jeden Geldeingang oder Abbuchung und ein intuitives, schnell zu navigierendes Menü beim Onlinebanking ! Vor allem die schnelle Menünavigation gefällt mir, um nicht unnötig Zeit beim Einbuchen und der Suche nach Buchungdetails oder unnötigem Schnickschnack zu verlieren.Das ganze wird mit einem kompetentem gut zu erreichendem Kundendienst ohne zusätzliche Bürokratie abgerundet. ...

Ich bin mehr als nur zufrieden! Von der Website und dem Design sind sie die beste Bank bei der ich bis jetzt war. Der Kundensupport ist schnell und freundlich (abgesehen davon, dass sie das Problem auch tatsächlich lösen) und so viele Funktionen, die steht's erweitert werden. Ich habe das Gefühl, dass jedes Mal, wenn ich mein Konto öffne eine neue Funktion verfügbar ist. Deshalb 5 wohlverdiente Sterne.

Funktioniert es wirklich?
Etwas skeptisch haben wir ein Konto bei Qonto letztlich doch eröffnet. Ab diesem Zeitpunkt ging dann alles wie gewünscht. Von der Registrierung über den Kartenerhalt bis hin zur Nutzung entspricht alles dem, was ein Konto bieten muss. Unkompliziert, seviceorientiert und letztlich zuverlässig funktional.Super Klasse! Weiter so Qonto.
