Bonjour, je déconseille fortement cet établissement, ils ont fait un virement en m envoyant un code d authentification que je n'ai jamais saisi. Cette somme est partie sur le compte d'un pseudo huissier. Mon autre banque (une vraie celle-ci) à refusé de le faire. L'affaire est en justice. Fuyez ces gens pour éviter les désagréments. Un bon conseil, il y a tant d'autres neo-banques de qualité.

Qonto mantiene quanto promesso
Qonto mantiene quanto promesso. Transazioni veloci e gratuite con una interfaccia semplice ed intuitiva. Unica pecca i costi ( 1%) su transazioni in valuta estera. Pagando fornitori in Cina con una commissione così diventa di fatto inutilizzabile

Je donne 1 étoile mais je trouve que cest déjà beaucoup. On ami gérant de notre sci est décédé en décembre 2019 j'ai donc contacté qonto pour leur signaler car cest lui qui avait le code est que puisse que je suis gérante je veux continuer à avoir accès au compte de notre sci . Jai fourni les documents jai appelé plusieurs fois, jai envoyé des mails . Pour m'entendre dire toujours la même chose je fais remonter l'information oui mais le problème est toujours là.
