Utilizzo Qonto da più di un anno. Posso confermare le mie impressioni iniziali di una ottima interfaccia utente; veloce, pulita, snella, permette un notevole risparmio di tempo rispetto alle interfacce delle banche "tradizionali".Ottimo anche il servizio di assistenza clienti, mediante chat; tempestivi nel rispondere e sempre risolutivi.Gradirei una maggiore completezza di funzioni; la gestione delle ricevute bancarie sarebbe estremamente comodo, a completamento di un servizio ottimo.

Banca 2.0 - finally!
Dopo anni di utilizzo delle normali banche ho deciso di aprire un conto online con qonto. Devo dire che, all'inizio la parte burocratica per poter aprire ed utilizzare il conto è stata abbastanza impegnativa, ma una volta che il conto era operativo utilizzo solo questo. Il servizio clienti è super efficiente e risolve qualsiasi problematica/necessità in pochissimo. Bravissimi!
