Account shut with no reason given
I have been very happy with Qonto up to now, and was even paying the higher premium for the services they offered... that's until yesterday, when they decided to shut my account with no reason given. How can that even be possible ? I have invested a lot of time and effort in order to use Qonto services... had I known they could and would close my account without any explanation, I might not have spent the time and effort. Très déçu je vais clôturer mon compte
Très déçu je vais clôturer mon compte. Je n'ai pas compris pourquoi mon compte historique a du être fermé. Je ne comprends pas comment récupérer relevés bancaires de mon ancien compte. L'interface utilisateur est bien sur mobile mais sur un ordinateur c'est une catastrophe. trop d'espace entre les lignes, taille de la police petite, ...Je suis peut-être en partie responsable de cette incompréhension, mais je trouve que le suivi n'est pas exceptionnel. A FUIR si vous avez des chèques à encaisser. Chipotent pour le moindre détail imparfait ...petite rature. Ils ont même refusé un chèque sous prétexte que cela n'était pas assez lisible, alors que cela l'était.Mettent + de 15j à encaisser les chèque de + de 1000€ ...... En bref, ils font du zèle avec les chèques pour n'avoir que des clients faciles sans chèque !Sinon à part ce gros problème de chèques, le reste est correcte.

Non conviene ai piccoli professionisti
Eccellente ed al passo con i tempi. Però non posso mettere 5 stelle perché alla luce dei fatti in Italia esiste di meglio soprattutto lato tariffe per i conti aziendali. Poi se un giorno miglioreranno, allora mi rimangio quanto scritto. Per il momento attendo.
