What do you like best? Very easy to create an Own Chatbot QnAmaker and easy to integrate with chatbot service. What do you dislike? I feel it easy but some time is confusing with integrated with other Chatbot scenarios. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Very easy to create a "ChatBot" question and answer system in our unified search portal leveraging IBM WEX. The knowledge base building and APIs are very straightforward. What do you dislike? We have a very basic instance of QnA Maker, so i'm sure there are many more capabilities that would be unlocked by paying a higher fee.
