Good Visualization software. Needs more tutorials and access to basic software on Personal desktop.

What do you like best? Easy to use, easy drag and drop features and easy to modify charts to own taste. What do you dislike? Software needs to be available for personal download, even if basic to look at code posted on help site. I currently can't see codes or examples on Qlik help site as I use Qlik in cloud and no way to download to cloud.
