What do you like best? I loved the sessions where they went in depth of explaining the process. Giving real life examples helped me understand how this would apply to clients in my every day work life. What do you dislike? The navigation was not the easiest to handle. I would often get lost when sessions started and I was confused at times on how to enter session if I was not on time.
