What do you like best? Easy to install Attunity/Qlik Replicate and Enterprise Manager. Set up on multiple environments is smooth. The UI is very user friendly and easily understandable. The set up guide is very descriptive and is the best source for any questions/concerns during the set up process. This is light weight. QLIK Replicate has been very usefull for me in such a variety of scenarios and business cases.

What do you like best? First of all, when using other platform I lose a lot of time loading my databases and therefore I waste a lot of working time.
