"Peer-to-peer recognition is so inspiring!"
What do you like best about Qarrot? I really love seeing all of the recognition for the day-to-day things that normally don't get seen/rewarded. Seeing coworkers recognizing coworkers for lending a hand, being of service to others, and generally going above and beyond has been so inspiring. It makes me want to be that coworker for others. And the reward system doesn't hurt! It's friendly competition in a way, but more so it's feeling like the work we're doing goes beyond the paycheck.
