"Easy and manageable"
What do you like best about Qarrot? I like the being able to view the recognition feed first thing. And seeing everyone for being recognized for good work is nice. The reward badges are a fun implement also.

What do you like best about Qarrot? I like that Qarrot is fun, easy, and effective. It enhances employee engagement and teamwork. The great feature is that I can get and give feedback from/to my colleagues. It is definitely very interactive. Can't wait to keep using Qarrrot.

What do you like best about Qarrot? This is an instant gratification culture nowadays and this program matches peoples desire to feel instantly recognized and appreciated. Plus, you can't beat the gamification aspect of it!

What do you like best about Qarrot? I like that it is like a social network for coworkers only and that they can praise each other for doing a great job, or just tell them Happy Birthday and even send them a private message. Plus I like that we can set up campaigns to keep the employees engaged.
