Better than e-mail!

What do you like best? Pyrus is well-designed and is easy to use (it took me 5 mins to teach my team how to use it). It has a very user-friendly interface and a nice iPhone application. My team does not lose track of the tasks anymore. The e-mail and messenger nightmares are over. What do you dislike?
