They doubled our plan because we had an…
They doubled our plan because we had an increased traffic for 3 days in April. It was either an attack or their insider job because it has not happened since then. Our request to limit connections per IP was ignored. And now they refuse to decrease our plan back to what it was, so we're paying double for no reason. Totally not recommended.

terrible company, servers would crash constantly for months and months. we had to gut their SDKs and services

Stops working as soon as you need it
Once you start to use their service in a way that finally makes sense, they will terminate your use of the service – with the explanation that the Terms say that they can do it whenever they want.
