I was a bit skeptical at first because there was a little miscommunication, but in short order FINN walked me through a pretty nonstandard setup and had me working. Total time from reachout to results under 10 minutes. VERY pleased.

Working VPN and good app on a Mac
In order to ensure optimal performance and secure connectivity for testing my work applications, I made the decision to invest in a subscription that specifically provides me with a dedicated IP address. The VPN application I obtained, which is compatible with my Mac operating system, proves to be highly commendable in terms of its functionality and effectiveness, effectively fulfilling its intended purpose in an impeccable manner.

It works!
It works! And when it doesn't work customer support is quick to reply and the live chat can be accessed from in the client (it opens in a new browser window for you). Oscar at CS helped me out when my desktop client wasn't stopping it's "connecting" loop even with a computer restart. Thanks! :D P.S. My only request is for the desktop client to have a dark mode option (the mobile app has one and it works nicely).
