Simple app and Customer Service was Awesome
Simple app and when I needed help I got a live chat with a customer service representative named Alfred and he was very patient and helpful. walked me through several setups and waited to make sure everything was working perfectly

Been using PureVPN for over 5 years now…
Been using PureVPN for over 5 years now with no issues. It's great service. I recently subscribed to the Dedicated IP Address option but I was experiencing a few issues with my Synology router. Started an email chat with Maria Joseph who very kindly sent me some additional files I needed to get my OpenVPN connection to work. Amazing service. Highly recommended.

A decade of PureVPN going strong!
I've been using PureVPN for over ten years now and every time I need it, on any platform, it just works. I now have my AndroidTV automatically connect each time it starts up thanks to the PureVPN app. Its awesome! Sure, I go through periods when I don't use it for months, but the cheap yearly subscription for the standard plan means I don't mind (works out a few bucks a month) and its always there. Have used for years. Does everything I need a vpn to do for me, and the price is right. Lots of servers. Highly recommend.

PureVPN stopped working and Maria…
PureVPN stopped working and Maria Joseph really helped me and walked me through the steps to get it going again. Very good customer service and working very well now. Netflix US doesn't work for me anymore though - I think they might have caught on!
