Had connection and speed issues and got fast service!…
Had connection and speed issues and just clicked on the thumbs up/down box that showed up, and after giving a short explanation, the next thing I knew, I had a ticket for support. Within hours, I received an email explaining a number of steps to do and voila, fixed. Great support service definitely!

Though ultimately the service is incompatible with my router, The support from Furquan was direct and perfectly helpful in determining what was wrong. I'll get a compatible router and try again.

PureVPN continues to improve
PureVPN continues to improve across the board. Not content to accept the way things are today, they are always moving ahead and addressing the next 'problem' within the VPN spectrum. Highly recommend them. Their price plans are also very, very competitive.
