Excellent customer service
I had issues with my n/w connectivity first, and second i had problem with connecting to the dedicated-ip. I'm using the latest version of Ubuntu 23.x - with wayland .. I don't know what was screwed up, but i have been on call with few different representatives, they were all helpful.. Finally today Ryan, Muhammad & Erwin got my problems resolved. A big thanks to all those who tried helping me - Ryan, Muhammad, Erwin, Summer, Neelov .. (sorry if i've missed anyone that tried helping me)
