First level of support is a little limited in options and might not offer the solution, but if you need a resolution, you continue and thanks to Mr. Oscar who helped resolving the problems I had with setting up connections on my equipment.

I don't know if PureVPN is the fastest…
I don't know if PureVPN is the fastest VPN service out there, but it is fast enough to serve my needs. The customer service is quick and precise and the service reliability is top notch... I have never experienced a service outage. Pile on top of that the EXCELLENT price, and PureVPN is a great VPN service provider.

The best customer ever Great technical support! Very quick and very effective. I had problems with connection into my account and the guys would walk me through the manual connection. So very pleased the VPN having some issues somtimes but terefic support!!!
