Review of chat with Ethan at PureVPN
Took a while but managed to get a chat going with Ethan who was simply great - knowledgeable and polite and patiently provided answers to all my questions. I can only wish that more support people out there were like him! Good luck Ethan and Big Thanks!

not bad service
Had some problems... but the service wasn't bad. The technical team also tested it with remote access.

Prompt and courteous service.
The VPN was working fine until recently, when It would not connect despite changing locations as advised on the VPN home screen. Reinstall the app did not help. I asked for help and 3 tech support teams answered. My final support was Maria Joseph, who walked me through modifying the protocol, and 2 subsequent to n fro. I am impressed by their prompt and curteous approach to customers.
