Great Support and Product
My Chat support person from your company was extremely kind, patient, knowledgable and helpful. I was dealing with some international charge issues and computer issues in renewing my subscription. I have always opted for the 5 year plan as the product is amazing and was trying to upgrade to the PureMax. If you don't have this product you are missing out. Also, if you need assistance they are there for you!

Well I had misplaced my login…
Well I had misplaced my login credentials and was using the usual bot chat. It asked me 4 or 5 questions but then I really needed human interaction. Seconds later Shehryaar popped up to chat. I lost the chat window but Shehryaar sent me an email to assist me further. Wow Purevpn are mighty efficient. Thanks Shehryaar for all your help.

The best VPN service!
The best VPN service! I use PureVPN for many years. All the VPN services are blocked in my country however PureVPN still works and I am able to access Netflix, Amazon Prime and Hulu. I recently had an issue with a new block by my provider and went to Customer Service for help. I spoke to Asim and he helped me fix my issue and I am now able to watch my movies again. Thank you Asim!
