Pure VPN Exceptional Customer Service
Pure VPN has come to my rescue many times and they are always polite and very helpful. No doubt in my mind that when I do have issues it is caused by my not understanding the settings. It is never because of the program quality. The help desk is only a click away and they always have been most helpful in getting me back up and running

Excellent customer service and app/connection development
Had a few issues when I started a couple years ago but in the last couple years, their customer service has been excellent as well as the ongoing development of apps and connections. Especially like the connections for specific streaming services and one-click option to try another connection if current connection doesn't work rather than having to search for other locations to try.
