Outstanding Customer Support
I live in a region with certain internet restrictions that makes using a VPN both necessary and challenging. After using PureVPN for several months with no major issues, I was suddenly unable to connect at all to the servers. I contacted PureVPN support through Reddit and received exceptional customer support through an employee named Lorenzo. Great support
I contacted the technical support on a connectivity issue of PureVpn in Russia, and an employee, Abraham, gave me the solution that actually helped for PureVpn to work again. One of the rare cases when the support team actually provided a working solution, and in a very short period of time. Thanks a lot again!
