Gives me a lot of help
PureVPN works well on iPhone Android and windows. And when you can’t connect(which is normal for VPN) , you can use live chat to get help. And Bilal helps me a lot with great patience. Thank you~

Really good value for money
Really good customer service I had a question regarding my renewal and I received a very fast reply from Jess who followed me up until all was done. So not only good vpn but cheap and with good service on top !

I got locked out of my account
I got locked out of my account. Asim who was the chap that helped was relentless in helping with the little information I could give him. This was the best customer service I have been on the end of,for a long time. He is a credit to your company.

What do you like best about PureDome? PureDome has great features and an easy-to-navigate portal. It's clear that a lot of thought was put into the UI, which I believe is an often undervalued feature of systems in general. What I do find to be just as important however, is their customer support. I love PureVPN. The customer service is excellent and the promptness of replies from Emily Kramer was simply spectacular. I can’t rate this company and Emily high enough. I’d looked around before purchase, I purchased a years subscription almost a year ago and when it was time to renew it was a no-brainer I wanted to continue using them.
