A VERY RESPONSIVE HOT LINE
After 7 years of use I encountered a problem when renewing my subscription (yes I'm going back for 5 more years!!!) The PUREVPN team managed to unblock me despite the Christmas holiday period. Quick exchanges with the hot line by Chat or email and always feedback. Very surprised by this responsiveness, I can only congratulate the skills of the hot line. Obviously I can only recommend PUREVPN which has suited me for a very long time now.

Fantastic support
Had a problem with the app, went on live chat for triage, then later got help from the remote team. I've been a customer for over 8 years and only now I've had a problem with the app (my pc is too old). Neelov on live chat and Ryan from the remote team were amazing. Sorted my issue promptly. I couldn't connect to Pure .......
