The best part of the application is communicating with the customer support team. Due to the high restriction of vpn in China, I have tried out many popular vpn service providers on the market. Great after sales service.
I have used PureVPN for about 4 years now and have found it to give excellent service. On occasion I have had problems but these were usually self induced and quickly sorted out by the service team. Thanks to Maria Joseph for sorting out my recent problem two days ago. John Gibson

PureVpn is excellext..and ADAM is great to!
PureVpn has been one of the best VPN services i have had. Not just in usage {which is on point 100% of the time for me} but the customer service is AWESOME! A great gentleman named ADAM just helped me and was one of the best customer service people i have worked with. Thank you Adam and Thank you PureVpn!

Got stuck with a quite unique connection setup, reached out to the support team and Shehryaar was really helpful giving me the right level of inputs. We managed to resolve my issues within 30 minutes. Very good work! Thank you.

I couldn't connect
I couldn't connect, no error message. I contacted the support chat and Bilal, confirmed that I needed to update my version and gave me a link to do that. After updating, I'm back in. Thank you!!
