Our experience was pretty rough
Our experience was pretty rough. We could hardly connect to even simple sites, such as Netflix. And once we could finally connect, we would be disconnected rather quickly and have to work several minutes to attempt to connect again, with little to no success, on most occasions. Customer service was truly awful with communicating (via chat) and made it VERY difficult to get my "31-day money back guarantee". Horrible!
Horrible!It was horrible from the very beginning when I was stuck at connecting to different serves, when they were not able to provide me with OVPN configs for all servers (only through native app!), very primitive and ugly support ticket dashboard, long response time and so on and so forth.And finally! Even after I decided to quit they still charged my card after account deletion. Isn't this crazy? Even several chats with support did not help.It says it all.So NEVER EVER use this VPN ...

If you have any problem ask for help by chat, it works right away
the technical staff really helped me out with the procedure by live chat which is really rare in most service. Had no trouble going on the site i wanted. I highly recommend this service. Safe log ins, nice staff to help out.
