Frustrated account saying renew then couldn't connect
Firstly I paid a 12-month subscription and it said that my subscription was over and it's not due to be over until February 2021. Riley sorted it out in sbout 3 minutes. When that got soryed he waited while I logged onto the shows that I normally watch. I think it's taken us nearly an hour and a lot of the stuff that had to be done I was getting frustrated cos I couldn't find where and how to do it he ended up remotely doing it fixed it sorted it.
