Had some account and login issues, no fault of purevpn but Abbot sorted me out in minutes. Used purevpn for years and have always had queries cleared up quickly.Just what you want

I'll give Pure VPN an absolute zero if I can. I signed up to a year deal ( my mistake!) and when I can't get the VPN to work for my country I cannot get my refund back. What annoys me is the continuing sales pitch and offers to help even when I clearly said no I just want my money back. They keep on delaying their reply so now I've past my 30 days money back guarantee. It was very sly. Don't sign up. A good business is based on selling good product / service and doesn't thrive on scamming ...
